Since I was about 8 years old I was drawing cemeteries. Recently, I started learning photography and found myself drawn to old cemeteries. After visiting a cemetery in my area, I posted a few pictures online and tagged the cemetery. A few days later a person from another state, who has a relative there, contacted me and asked if I knew who to contact about the upkeep. I called my town for the information and expressed my concern for the condition of the grounds and headstones. I then gave the information to that person who also called my town and they're now looking into more upkeep on the cemetery. It felt good to help someone out of state and if I can do more with joining this site, it will make me happy.

I am also a huge animal lover and volunteer for a local animal shelter here on Long Island.
