The Yarnell family arrived in Pennsylvania around 1650, the Hibben family arrived around 1720 and the Chestnut family arrived around 1770, and they are the families in East Tennessee that are my main interest. The Yarnell family came out of North Carolina around 1810 into Knox County and later to Anderson County. The Hibben family came out of South Carolina into Ohio and from there to Tennessee around 1830. The Chessnut family is from Virginia and came through Hawkins County, Tennessee around 1800. All three families participated in the Revolutionary War. I welcome all correspondence.
