Hello everyone, as you can see I'm new to this community. genealogy, and history has always been interesting to me. I ran into this site trying to find info on my grandfather (Orville E. Miller) that passed away in a flood in Oklahoma around the 1960's. my father passed away 11 years ago, and we lost his mom, my grandmother a few weeks ago. I have spent the past few years trying to find out more about my family,( kind of difficult cause there's not much communication) so my children can know the ones that we have lost over the years. I believe that its important to remember the ones that we have lost.
when I ran across this page and saw how so many people out there do this to help loved ones find ones that have passed over, I was blown away. so far on this site I have found many of my family members that have passed away. thanks to the so many out there that made it possible. I hope to be able to add to my family's memorial pages, pictures, facts about there lives, the things to remember. there life story that should live on. I also hope that I can help contribute to this site, to help others find love ones, like so many people have helped me.
