I have been researching Idaho's gold rush era since 1995 and have collected an extensive amount of information about the so-called, Grimes Party who, led by Moses Splawn and George W Grimes, discovered gold in present-day Boise County, Idaho in the summer of 1862.

I have a BA in Creative Writing and have researched other men who visited Idaho in the 1860s looking for gold, and wrote their biographies.

I also indexed the Owyhee Avalanche newspaper articles that listed who rode the stagecoach in and out of Silver City, Idaho Territory in the 1860s.
