I have always had a deep love for my family and a great respect for my ancestors. I remember visiting grave sites of my relatives for "graveyard cleaning," "decoration day" and simply to pay my respects.

Recently I realized that I did not know much about my family tree beyond my great grandparents so I began researching my family history. I have found the Find A Grave website to be a valuable source of information.

My family members that I am researching are Sprinkle, Watkins, Medlock, Barrett, Henson, Mahan and Petero.

My husband's family is Collins, Davis and Carlisle.

I would love to hear from anyone who could help me in my research and especially from any long lost relatives.
