An avid genealogist since the summer I spent with my paternal grandparents in NC when I was twelve pouring over old family photos and listening to family stories.
Like to be accurate, enjoy researching lines others ignore (female, non famous, for instance).
Often quoted as saying "We need to share these photos because otherwise they will end up on the wall at a Cracker Barrell restaurant." So by all means, copy photos and spread them all over the internet!
Not all the Memorials I manage are kin to me or close kin to me - if you wish to manage the memorial by all means just ask.
Death certificates are fine. You may want to redact cause of death and other sensitive information, but from a genealogical perspective death certs are gold to validate data such as parentage and place of burial.
Keep in mind a death cert is only as good as the knowledge provided by the informant and the person typing or writing the cert on that grieving person's behalf.
