Hello! I am assisting my family with information regarding the Steinbach and Wabel family trees from Illinois (Henry, Peoria, Galva, Lacon areas) and the Patrick, Gamcik and Bednar family trees also of Illinois (Virden and Auburn, ILL. and Kosice, Czechoslovakia).
Any information would be terrific-especially in regards of what each person succumbed to as we have found a health link on the Wabel side-which was just found out via this site - regarding a kidney issue that has been passed down through the generations. I am just starting out and have had the great opportunity of being introduced to this site via a newly found long-distant relative, John Wabel. (Thanks John!)
Would also love to just be in touch with the Wabel side since my grandmother passed on when my father was only around 12-14 years old. Thanks!
