I have been compiling my familie(s) Genology since the late 90's with the help of my now deceased father. I am using the information compiled to create a family website so my other relatives will have a place to get family names and history.
As we started to do our Geneology my father had more time and compiled many names and dates. I wanted more. I want the stories and individual histories. i plan to author a book with the many stories that I already have and those I have yet to discover.
That's how I got started on Find a grave. I appreciate the volunteers who take the time to get pictures and gather information for those who can't. so i am returning the favor and doing the same when I have the time.
