I am the daughter of Carol June Albert Lindsay and Vernal Ray Lindsay. My mother Carol passed away in June 1976 after receiving the flu shot. A side effect from the flu shot is Guillain Barre Syndrome. She turned 30 on 5/17/76 and passed away on 6/10/76. Carol had three daughters - Lisa Carol (1964), Angelina Christine (1965), and Mary Catherine (1969). I am disabled retired from working in state government due to Bilateral Ménière's Disease and Migraine Associated Vertigo. I married Mark Williams (10-14-1991) and a bonus mom to two sons Marcus Edward (1984-2012) , Walter James (1987) and we have our daughter Dixie Lee (1993)
