I have been researching my Egle (Egli) ancestors for 25 years. In 1874 my great great grandparents, Christian Egle and Marie Rediger immigrated from Germany to Eureka, IL. In 1876 they move to Waldo Township, Livingston Co., IL, where they are buried in the Waldo Cemetery.

I will be adding info to the Egle family buried at the Waldo Cemetery and at the Eden Cemetery, Hitchcock County, NE, where my parents and grandparents are buried. Christian & Marie's son, William Egle (my great grandfather), moved to SW Nebraska in 1893, along with his brother, Jacob Egle. In time, my plan is to create a virtual cemetery of the Egle family descended from Christian & Marie Rediger Egle.
