One may think that it is strange to have a grave marker as a bio photo. I found it fascinating: a large plank of timber, weathered, with no identifying marks to indicate the name of the person buried beneath. Once cared for with a wrought iron fence and planted with flora which would burst into flowers after seasonal rain- now forgotten.
I live in Central Victoria and I am on a quest to seek out lost relations in the smaller cemeteries.

Please remember that there are many graves without headstones in these smaller outback cemeteries and you should approach the relevant cemetery trusts for complete burial records.
