Please take a moment to visit my beloved father, Gene, an 82nd Airborne Veteran who passed away on January 6, 2024...

my darling aunts and Maureen and and Lisa...

and our sweet girl, Gracie (passed away January 13, 2021)
and her favorite cousin Buddy (passed away February 14, 2022).

I'm a graduate student, currently working towards a history degree, with a special focus on WWII history. I'm very interested in disasters and international affairs. Findagrave is a great tool to study and understand historical tragedies! I'm also very interested in documenting civilian victims of war, who are too easily forgotten by history.

My index of virtual cemeteries attempts to compile the victims of various tragedies in one easily-accessible place, to aid researchers of these incidents in the future.

That said, I'm only a researcher, not a family member to most of the memorials I had. If you are a relative, and wish to manage a memorial, please contact me, and I'll be happy to transfer ownership to you!

Please note: Various surname practices exist throughout the world; when creating international memorials, I attempt to follow them. Belgian women, for example, do not traditionally take their spouse's name upon marriage, Dutch women's surnames become hyphenated with their maiden names. In some countries, people may not even have surnames at all! These are not mistakes, and any edits which attempt to apply Western naming conventions to these memorials will be rejected.

WITH THE ONGOING WARS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD...
please take a moment to remember some of the innocent children whose lives have been lost during the conflicts.
Children of Gaza
Children of Syria
Children of Libya
Children of Ukraine
