I have been searching my genealogy for several years now. The Dafoe/Defoe family is quite interesting. I have my direct line going back to the mid 1600's and am now branching out.Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe (Delivered the Dionne Quints) is my 4th Cousin and Actor William "Willem" is a 5th Cousin.I found this site while looking for my Great Grandfathers grave in Port Hope Union Cemetary, St. Johns Section in Port Hope, Ontario, Canada but have not found it as yet. This has inspired me to join and be a contributor helping with requests in my area of Minnesota.
