Jonathan Latimer, a Revolutionary war soldier who traveled from Connecticut to Tennessee about 1790 when he was close to 70 years old. I still live in the same county where he and his family originally settled. My Latimer and all other family lineage is very important to me. My direct lines (3 generations) include Latimer, Hammock, Escue, Meador, Warren, Brown, and Harrison.
