Hello!

Well, what started out as a hobby has been steadily becoming more time-consuming as I delve further and further into the rabbit hole of family history research. I've been told that once one is bitten by the genealogy bug, there is no cure, so I figure I might as well enjoy it. :)

I travel for a living, which is both helpful and very unhelpful in my pursuit of useful information. My jaunts across the country put me in reach of a variety of cemeteries and research facilities for limited stretches, but I also spend a considerable amount of time in remote areas with little to no internet access, so please forgive me if I take some time to respond to inquiries.

I am collecting information on all branches of my family tree (and the trees of a couple of friends), but am currently especially enjoying getting quite lost in the Trigg County, KY family and the Thomas-Bridges set in general. James Thomas Sr. & Mary "Mollie" Stan(d)ley and Drury Bridges & Charity Calhoun/Cohoon are all 6x great grandparents.

Looking forward to becoming more involved with Find A Grave as I carry on with my research!
