** Some photos come up sideways because of a problem with FIND-A-GRAVE! It has nothing to do with me! So do NOT waste your time - or my time - by writing to me asking me to "turn them around!"
"Remember man, as you walk by,
as you are now, so once was I.
As I am now, so shall you be,
remember this and follow me."
Life is just a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road to sweet eternity. We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We all were meant to learn some things, but we were never meant to stay. Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know. For some the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow. And when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord.
I enjoy documenting graves so that others can find their kin easily & accurately. For every memorial I enter, that's a memorial that has a chance of getting into the right hands of family or friends.

I do NOT crop my photos! Any photos you see of mine that have been cropped have been done so without my permission by FindAGrave.com - and they look horrible!
After wasting over an hour of my time and the time of the grounds crew man walking around in the cold looking for headstones that do not exist, I will no longer do volunteer photos.
To requestors: Ask the cemetery if there is a headstone/marker for the grave BEFORE you make the request.
As I research obits, I may add the obit to your memorial which you may or may not want. My intentions are that our families always be remembered with fond memories. If any obit offends you, let me know and I will remove it.
A tip for anyone attempting to locate a veteran interment - go to http://gravelocator.cem.va.gov/ and enter the information you have. It may get you closer in your search.
