My uncle, Carl Holley, was a gunner on the B-24 Sweepy Time Gal. Of the 12 men aboard when the plane was shot down 18 April 1944, 7 have not been found, among them my uncle. An Unknown Soldier buried at the Punchbowl is known to be one of these 7 men. Attempts are underway to have him identified.
