Find a Grave ID

I visit cemeteries where I travel and also check to see if there are requests in these areas.

After a few mishaps along the way, I now carry my TOTT (tools of the trade) shovel, hand trowel, counter brush, dust pan, and a stiff bristle brush to use to clean off some gravestones.

While there I also try to find those individuals who are over 100 years old.

I am also watchful for zinc headstones, death masks, Woodman's of the World, broken columns and very tall obelisks.

I try to find the oldest burial and military gravestones to photograph.

You could surmise, that I like to visit cemeteries and reading about who is interred there.

I do extensive research using Find a Grave.

While in a cemetery I also photograph all dedicated benches and trees. Read and photograph all citizen memorials, cenotaphs and war memorials.
