ME.- I am a photographer and live in Queens, one of the five counties of New York City. I am a photo volunteer dedicated almost exclusively to Calvary Cemetery, because of the convenience of having it in my neighborhood. Nevertheless, Calvary has the largest number of interments of any cemetery in the United States and is divided into 4 divisions: First Calvary, also known as Old Calvary; Second Calvary, Third Calvary and Fourth Calvary; these last three divisions together are known as New Calvary.
MY CAMERA.- I loved photography all my life and had cameras since I was a kid. During the long era of film photography I had many cameras, including Canon SLR and two Nikon SLR. When digital photography took over, I stopped using my beloved film Nikons and switched to Nikon digital. I am currently and happily using Nikon D90, an excellent "semiprofessional" camera with the same hight quality results of any Nikon "professional"
MY PHOTOGRAPHS.- I set the camera to its highest resolution so that all my photos come with approximately 6 MB and 4288 X 2848 pixels. Once the photos are uploaded to a memorial, the resolution is automatically reduced but the viewer will still get a great deal of details when clicking on the image to open at full size.
