Lisa Barreto is a native New Englander, writer, artist, teacher and historian. As a member of several historical societies, she is particularly interested in gravestone art, its symbolism and finding graves of those artists and writers who have left us with an understanding of past history through their work and giving credit to those so they are remembered today.
