Find a Grave ID

I stumbled upon Find A Grave while doing research for the farm property in which I grew up on. It was homesteaded by Richard Wray in 1836. He married Jane Archdale and the couple had six children. The Wray family owned the farm for over 100 years......I have come to love doing genealogy work. It is like treasure hunting but even better.......Some of my memorials are near and dear to my heart. But I will gladly transfer memorials. Just ask........If you are interested in memorials listed in Richmond Cemetery of Richmond, Illinois, I may have more information then is what listed so contact me..........Beware of taking horizontal photos of a grave with an iphone for Find A Grave. It will appear upright on the phone but on any laptop, it is on its side. Frustrating and time-consuming to fix so always take vertical gravestone photos is my advice. My husband advises usually the square mode when taking photos. He says it works well on his car forum pictures. :)

I will accept most edits but I will not accept edits to attach family of unknown burial locations. This is Find-A-Grave so find the grave! Do the work; keep searching; the answer may be out there.
