I served as the Director of Property & Finance at Christ Lutheran Church, Charlotte, NC from 2000 to 2013. After I retired in 2013, I discovered Find-a-Grave and profiled the columbarium at Christ Lutheran and have been maintaining that site since then.
In 2014, my wife and I joined Matthews United Methodist Church. I began a campaign to establish a memorial garden and columbarium at that church. The memorial garden was completed, dedicated and completely paid off in 2021. I have been maintaining that site on Find-a-Grave also.
