I am the Great - Great Granddaughter of Urias Eddy McFee and Dessie Dell Riffle McFee. The Great Granddaughter of Raymond Edsel Abbott and Lulu Jane McFee Abbott. I was born in Parkersburg, WV ( Wood County ) on April 10, 1973 to the parents of Rebbecca Jane Kirkpatrick Coulter ( now Anderson ) and of the late Joseph Jerome Coulter - both of Parkersburg, Wv.
I married David Leroy Galloway II and together we have one child, a daughter, Raeanna Nicole Galloway.
