Bio

I have been researching family members for the past 7 years daily. Have learned many tricks in armchair researching family. However, I do contact county historical societies when need be. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Colonial Dames XVII. Interest in the Civil War and have ancestors on both sides. However, most are Union. Also, I have researched and knowledgeable (more than most) on early Colonial fur trade due to interest in studying the First Americans and early fur trade Scottish immigration. Also, there is an intense interest in Great Plains history and the 1870's Indian Wars.
Education: B.A. in Fine Arts specializing in etching/printmaking from the University of Wisconsin with a minor in anthropology.
Employment: Early years in non-profit healthcare and safety instruction. Later employed in workers compensation and manufacturing Health & Safety.
