Bio
I was born in the Melbourne, FL hospital but lived and was raised in Eau Gallie. My parents were Ralph C. and Julia M. Stewart. I have two brothers, James C. and William G. My grandfather was Ralph G. "Pop" Stewart, who was born on Merritt Island and raised in the community of Tropic. He was a boat captain and later a dairy farmer and then the bridge tender on the Eau Gallie Causeway. My family lived on Stewart Road. I married Ken Spears and moved to southern Illinois. When my dad passed away in 2010, we moved mother home with us. Although she hates the cold winters, she is staying out of a nursing home by living with us. My husband spoils her rotten. She is 89 years old.
