After much consideration and thought, in the future my policy on transfers will be as follows;
Due to increasing problem of fraudulent family name collectors, requests need to be made using the Suggest Other Corrections box and the requestor needs to state their specific relationship to the person in the memorial. If you send a request via the message system or as a Suggest Other Corrections without stating your relationship, I will probably ignore your request.
