After my first 18 weeks (April 2012) of chemo I became interested in my genealogy. I first logged into Ancestry dot com and came across this web site, FindAGrave.com. I had found that there were a few of my relatives already listed, but without any grave marker photos. When a couple of volunteers took their headstone marker photos, I felt compelled to do the same and "pass it on". I am so grateful for those volunteers to do something that meant so much to me. I don't know if I would ever see some of these graves in my life, but with this web site, I can.
If I "claim" to take grave marker photographs, but I haven't fulfilled my obligation within the 2 week time frame, I sincerely apologize. It is not because I am lazy or don't want to, it is because of my current health situation. I will complete as many grave marker photo requests as soon as I am able. Thank you. <3
Some of my genealogy research is for the following families:
Granai, Volpi, Carter, Consolvo, Bluford, White, Brown, Fisher, Lee, Dawes, Windsor, Blanton, Shaw, Blurton, Woodward.
