Bio
Hello, my name is Tom Reed and I currently (January 2017) live in Hartsville, SC. In 2011 my wife Teresa Outen Reed and I found the burial site of my 3rd Great Grandmother, Julia Odom Reed in a terrible condition covered with weeds and completely overgrown with thorns so thick you couldn't get a foot inside the fenced area. We took it upon ourselves to clean and to maintain this site for as long as we are able. Resting here you will find eight graves of the family of John Reed 1792-1851, son of Samuel Reed 1751-1823 and Mary Clark Reed 1762-1846. In this place there also rest John Wiley Reed, my 2nd Great Grandfather, James Henry Reed, my 2nd Great Grand Uncle, Ellen E. Reed Birt Aldrich, my 2nd Great Grand Aunt, Her two sons Cornelius Birt and Christopher Birt, my two 1st cousins 4X removed, my 2nd Great Grand Aunt Martha I. Kemp and her husband Henry N. Kemp.
May they rest in peace in this place.
