Momma of 5 grown kids. grammy of 5, child of God and coffee-holic.
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where all good people come from.
I got into ancestry a 8 years ago. I am usually doing my ancestry 6-8 hours a day I feel strongly about connecting all the dots and people on find a grave to their family members. Too many people want to "make their own" memorials and not connect thru out others who already have done the leg work and asked for nothing. I admire all those who go out and photograph the sites so that the rest of us can feel connected to our families. God Bless you.
If I send edits to some of my relatives sites, it's because I feel that even in death, families should be kept together.
Usually I add pictures to prove the family relations/dates/names to back up the edits. Newspaper articles etc....the same. You can delete them, I am not offended. If I don't give proof on the edits I submit, I usually get asked to provide it. So, I've gotten used to just providing the proof when I submit edits. Nothing is intended to be offensive and I am happy to provide pictures/articles etc as they are our family.
Any photo I post may be used for personal, private or noncommercial use, especially for your family trees.
Blessings from the Texan in the peaceful north.
