Bio

A descendant of several of the patriots who fought for Texas independence at San Jacinto, and many who fought for America's independence during the American Revolution, I have always had a keen interest in genealogy. It began by researching my Brauchle family, and has blossomed out to include each and every side of the family. That said, I am interested in researching the family names of each and every branch of my family tree, which includes the names Brauchle, Weil, Wetz, Steubing, Heuchling, Geyer, Kempf, Stein, Schmidt, Moore, Moretti, Kayser, Archibald, Herring, Ayres, Butler, Pierce, Lenoir, LaForce, du Bois, Couillandeau, Burleson, Bishop, Brummett, Winters, Beal, Cude, Whitley, Smith, Davidson, Long, Bordeaux, Capers, Paul, Farrar, Womack, Baugh, Quarles/Qualls, Rutherford, Smith and Warren. I would love to hear from any cousins, regardless of how distant.

It is my belief that some of the experiences of our ancestors have been passed down to us through our genes, and are part of what make us who we are today. I sincerely love and admire each and every one of my ancestors for what they endured to build a better life for themselves and their families, and I look forward to the day when we may all meet in heaven.
