I have been involved with the Oswego Pioneer Cemetery since 2009. There are over 1,000 burials in OPC, which was established in 1881 and is now a non-profit corporation overseen by a volunteer board of directors. OPC is an active historic cemetery with an endowment ensuring perpetual care.
