I WILL NOT BE WORKING ON THE VAN BUREN CO., AR, PROJECT FOR AN INDETERMINATE TIME. MY APARTMENT IN ROCKPORT, TX, WAS DAMAGED BY HURRICANE HARVEY, AND I AM CURRENTLY STAYING WITH RELATIVES IN SAN ANTONIO. I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO START ON THE PROJECT AGAIN (INCLUDING THE LATEST SYNC WITH THE ON-LINE TREE) AFTER i FINISH WITH FEMA AND USAA, FIND A PLACE TO LIVE, REPLACE ALL OF MY BELONGINGS, ETC. WE ARE SAFE, AND WE ARE GRATEFUL THAT WE WEREN'T SUBJECT TO THE FLOODING THAT OCCURRED IN THE HOUSTON/BEAUMONT AREA.
I started researching my grandmother's family (Holley) in Van Buren Co., AR, and it just grew!
Thank you to JoAnn Bradford for giving me permission to enter her Van Buren County, AR, inventories.
I will happily transfer management of your relatives' memorials to you.
I am immensely grateful to everyone who contributes to Find A Grave. Please let me know if I need to make corrections.
If I have used one of your photos, please note that some of the source citations got zapped when I uploaded to Ancestry.com. Please let me know if you find a photo with a missing citation.
If I have used one of your photos on Ancestry.com that you do not want posted there, please let me know. Ancestry.com (being a pay site) is a sore subject for some folks. I am not trying to "steal" photos or go against anyone's wishes. I am merely trying to help make information widely available. Please use "Find A Grave" or "Van Buren County, Arkansas" in the subject line.
Thanks to everyone who contributes!
John in Rockport, TX
