As I have entered the second half of my life, I have embraced the lovely quiet while taking photographs of headstones and graveyards on my travels. My favourite cemeteries are the Old Burying Ground in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Cementerio de Granada in Nicaragua, and the gorgeous old stones in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
