A descendent of pioneer stock on both sides of my ancestors. (now retired and moved from ID to NV), I consider myself an amateur historian and avid genealogist. My ancestors are from Scotland and Denmark, Settled in 17th century in Cherokee lands of NC and TN. Fought in the Revolution, War of 1812, Civil War on both sides, WW2 and I served in Vietnam.
It is my passion to uncover the stories of those heroes who served and to reunite with their family and friends through Find A Grave. Corrections are gladly accepted.
