I am more interested in dead people than people living now, or so one of my brothers says. I have always been that way and my favorite books are nonfiction history, especially the local counties where my ancestors lived -- McMinn, Polk, Monroe and the counties of NC and SW Virginia. I can't help it, that is just the way it is. I can spend hours doing research.
