I am the great granddaughter of Franz aka Francis aka "Frank" Warnecke (also spelled Warneke) of Clinton County, Illinois. He was born in Germany on 28 Apr 1857 to Heinrich Warnecke and Anna Mary Schwalenberg. He passed away on 02 Jul 1914. My grandfather, George Warnecke was born to Frank and his 2nd wife, Mary Elling. George married Agnes Ann Henken and together they had 16 children. My mother is the youngest of the 16. Most of my family lived in the Clinton and Madison county areas in Illinois.
