I recently moved to the Birmingham, AL area. My father's family is from here. I spend most of my free time walking through the cemeteries here trying to find all the McAlpin/e's and Hill's that are related. On my Yankee side I am researching Brockmeyer and Kern's and when I visit home, (Indiana), I continue to wander the cemeteries there looking for them.
