This photo was around 1945. My Moma was a gorgeous little woman...just 4'11 until medications for osteo-arthritis cause a growth spurt in her old age to 5'1. Her magnificent black eyes looked as if they had no pupils..so different. I just found out, through DNA testing, that she was indeed a Robles..a biological child of Charlie Robles. Her X chromosomes showed up in some Robles relatives I am matched up to! She would have been overwhelmed to learn of this! She would bless DNA...lol. Charlie was good to us and loved her..she had felt that she was his daughter, but there was that birth certificate. I am going to put her rightful name on it - finally. That will bring me much joy. I love you Moma.
