Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

THE KING OF GLORY will show them favor. The Virgin Mary will befriend them, the Twelve Apostles will bid them welcome. O riches, more than they can ever spend. The angels will play Paradise music. God's poor, rejoicing, will in full voice sing. Far better this than a world unthinking. What joy to souls, the smile of heaven's King!

researching: paternal lines - Canter (Joseph Canter and Millie Capps), Adams ( Wayne Adams & Margaret Jane Atkins), Lawrence, Collins, Atkins, Worthington, Cox, Vannoy, McMichael, Capps, Ball, Shipley, and Whipple; maternal lines - Burchfield, Appleby(ee), Jenkins, Miller, Hunt, Hamblin, Washburn, Hays, Metcalf. One or more descendants of these lines settled in Missouri. I am active with genetic [DNA] genealogy.

My husband's lines: maternal - Spark (Shpak), Weres (Veris), Nahirny, Alexin; paternal - Gambert (Gambertoglio), Broetto (Brusaschetto), Thiessen.

For the first two years, the majority of my memorials were created for people to whom I am related by blood or marriage. Now, I've broadened my horizons. I especially enjoy adding memorials for people who have played a role in my life; people I knew as a child growing up, etc.

*** Information for Worthington Cemetery has come from various sources. But, I would like to credit Joel Moore and Mollie Price for the cemetery census of July 30, 1983. ***

*** I have also greatly benefited from the genealogy research of Wilma Baland Adams, Bessie Lawrence McCardie Canter, A. Louise McClintock Shelton, Margie Angel Smith, Ethel "Jean" Snarr Martinsen, the folks of the Canter yahoo group, my friends here at Find-a-grave, and many others, known and unknown. ***
