My mother joined my dad in Monte Vista Cemetery, so I am doing scoping cemeteries with my mother in spirit.

We do not do anything to the stones, so, if a bird has come calling we leave everything "as is". You might catch us moving a flower out of the way to get a better picture of the stone *grins*.

If you would like the memorial just ask. We hold no claim to any of the people in the cemetery. We are getting a bit of exercise and helping people in the process.

Also, if you would like to copy the photos of your family please do so; we are giving permission now, you need not ask us.

We can get obituaries from Otero County. If you would like us to get a particular one, two or more email us and we can go on the hunt. Month and year minimum the day would be heavenly but not required.
