I'm a veteran genealogist (40+ years at this!). I'm especially involved in New York and Jewish research, but I'm interested in all families. In addition to researching my own relatives and my husband's -- 20th century Jewish immigrants from Germany, the former Russian Empire, and the part of southeastern Poland/southwestern Ukraine that was once the Austrian crown land of Galicia -- I often work on the family histories of clients, friends, people in the news, and others. I submit memorials of those I'm researching to FAG and add to memorials already there; I also try to link family members. It's my hope that these entries will be helpful to those searching for a family -- whether directly on FAG or on Ancestry or Google. I am grateful to the many dedicated FAG volunteers who help with my edit requests and with photos.
