I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. My home state is Michigan. I am currently living in Austin, Texas. Our plan is to retire to my husband's home state of Tennessee.

Several Years ago I got interested in doing a Family Tree for my sons. Now I am interested in it for myself. You could say it's become my passion to find out as much as I can. I use to read a lot but now I find it even more interesting and entertaining getting involved in the history of my family/extended family. I did not realize how difficult and frustrating it would be. I didn't know myself a lot about my own family's ancestors or even less about my husbands. Finding this site "Find a Grave" has been an enormous help and I feel the only way I can repay all those that have helped me is to help someone else.
