Family is such an important part of our lives, and I am sentimental enough to value my family from the past as well as the present. I love keeping stories alive through my own children so they can learn about history with a personal thread weaved throughout. With that said, I love sharing what I have with others and making connections with relatives outside my immediate world.

I've been collecting family records and stories for almost 20 years. I got off to a good start because my father saved almost everything. One of my favorite artifacts is a letter dated 1878 and written in German.
