I've been doing genealogy since 1998 and have gotten both my family and friends involved in the process. I have learned much about history and geography as well as made new friends and found new family members I didn't know existed. What a wonderful hobby this is! My main surnames are COUSINS, STAAB, STAUB, ROSENBERGER, SAUER, BLUM, OBERLE, KITTLE, HEICK, AND FISCHER. Most of these families were located in the Newark, NJ area at one point in time. If you recognize any of these family names, please contact me. My COUSINS family is from Co. Wexford, Ireland, my SAUER family is from Austria, and the rest are all from various areas in Germany.
