Bio

I am John Hartzler, my life spans 3 score and 5 years, I have a lovely wife, 2 children, and 6 grandchildren. My eldest grand daughter is a medic assigned to an MP Co. She is currently serving her nation in Iraq. She is now home safe and sound. My eldest grandson just enlisted in the Marines and will soon be in boot camp at Camp Pendleton, CA. He just graduated from Marine Boot Camp Friday, March 11, 2011.

I have been researching my family's Genealogy for more than 5 years. I am constantly tracing my father's side of the family; Hartzler, Essig, Everett, Waltz, Keck, Bender and McNeal. And I have been fortunate enough to trace much of my mother's side of the family namely Allen, Worland, and Hays.

I go to gravesites in central and south central Indiana, Kentucky, Tenessee, Virginia and South Caroline
