I am a clincial social worker who has spent 20 years mostly working as a therapist with children. I grew up in Manassas, VA but have spent most of my adult life in Ohio-am planning a move to the San Francisco Bay area but have to get licensed to practice in CA first! I am attracted to this site because I love history and people. I love the outdoors, theatre, and travel, am also an ardent animal lover! I read constantly and tend to be liberal/progressive in my viewpoints.
