I started researching my dad's family several years ago. I started out with a composition notebook and a few names. I began my journey visiting the cemeteries locally. I took pictures of graves and recorded my information in my notebook. I have since added over 5,600 entries on the rootsweb site. I think this is a great place to preserve our heritage for those searching in the future.
