Born and live in NE Ohio. Have worked on genealogy since 1989. I started giving back in genealogy due to all the help I received from strangers. My family came from Bohemia (on my father's side) from 1867 to 1905 and settled in Cleveland. Most of this family is buried in Calvary cemetery in Cleveland. My mother's family arrived 1896-1902 coming from Galicia. They immigrated to Western Pennsylvania and were coal miners. My grandparents came to Cleveland about 1930 to make a better living than working in coal mines.I make trips to Calvary Cemetery on Miles Road (Cleveland) about 2-3 times per year. All Saints Cemetery (Northfield) maybe 5-6 times per year. I prefer to be given a section/plot location since some cemeteries limit the number of requests. This can be obtained by calling (found online) the cemetery/church or city of the cemetery. If they don't have the records, they can direct you to the place that holds the record. If you would like someone transferred to your management please go to their page and click "edit" then "Suggest any other correction or addition" and request transfer with your contributor number. If a person isn't related to me, I would be happy to transfer management. Thanks
