I now live in the Manassas, Virginia area after stints in Columbia, South Carolina; Boise, ID & Knoxville. Like just about everybody else here I'm into history, graves, etc. I have no real geneology motivation and I'm not writing a book. I'm just a political scientist (Ph.D., University of Tennessee) with an interest in political history (see my virtual cemeteries). For me, it's about a good excuse to hop on my BMW motorcycle and disappear... somebody's always buried somewhere.
