I got hooked on genealogy several years ago. I enjoy the "hunt" and detective aspect of digging up facts and information about relatives & friends who have passed. I have met so many other researchers through my work and enjoy the hunt as much as the discovery. I've even found a few distant relatives with whom to share our mutual research. Books, microfiche, libraries, newspapers, courthouses, cemeteries, online genealogy and historical sites and online researchers have been a rich source of information. Sadly, we seem to be losing many of these sources going forward.
